My certification examination progress has been reset

I already passed 3 sections, now it is showing zero progress. How do I resolve this?

Passing the examination is a great feat, and it's weird for the program to reset your progress to zero. In this case, I recommend contacting our support team. Our representatives have enough tools to check the issue further and help you find more solutions.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks account.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. Press Contact Us.
  4. Type in “My certification examination progress has been reset.”
  5. Click Continue, then start a chat with a support expert.
