QuickBooks Online (QBO) has default templates for invoices. The structure of the invoice template for Saudi Arabia's E-invoice format and regulations and support Arabic language is not yet available in the system. For now, I recommend looking for a third-party application (add-on service) that you can integrate with QBO to comply with the rules.

On the other hand, we can use the Category feature when tracking and organizing different inventory items by batch number. Or utilize the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) to track the variation of your inventory items.
