Good afternoon
As I am not in India and I need to manually key a trial balance from Pronto to quick books, can someone please tell me how to do this?
I am intrigued as to why this is not internationally done.
Thank you

I appreciate your interest in importing Trial Balance to QuickBooks Online. However, this option is exclusive to some countries (such as India) and is available in the QBO Plus version.
Since you're subscribed to a different country, you'll want to consider using a third-party app in QBO that can integrate your trial balance from Pronto into QBO. I'll show you how:
You can always check out this guide here for further reference about importing trial balances: Import trial balances.
I’m always ready to assist if you have any other questions or concerns regarding the importing processes in QuickBooks. Feel free to reply to this thread. Tag me in your reply, and I’ll sprint back into action. Have a good one, and keep safe.
The best way to import a Trial Balance into QuickBooks Online is with the import type Journal Entry. NOTE: Any line in the import file that posts to an AR or an AP Account must reference a name (Customer or Vendor), and that name must already exist in the QuickBooks Online company file.

Another option, purchase a 3rd party conversion service.
