Here are the steps to follow:

 

  1. From the Global Home page, click the Global Help Articles or Global QuickBooks Q&A boards to see all of the full range of help we offer. 
  2. For India Help Articles and Q&A discussions, click the drop-down menu and select ‘India QuickBooks Online’ from the options list.
  3. Select a topic, then click on any discussion that interests you to open it.
  4. To join in on the conversation, simply click the ‘Reply’ button.

You can also use the Search Bar (A) on the home page to find just the answer you’re looking for. If you’d like to ask a new question, click Start a topic (B) in the top-right of any board. Here’s some helpful information to include when asking questions:Edited AB.PNG

 

Tell Us About Yourself

 

Your Member Profile is a great place to talk about your company, specialties, and the products and services you offer. Don’t be afraid to include Social Media or Blog links as well so the Community can see what you’re about!

 

  1. From anywhere in the Community, click your avatar in the top-right and select: 
  2. Next to Member profile, click Edit
  3. From here, you can add an Avatar picture, fill out your Biography and online presence, and let the world know your business’s vision.

The account renewal process is not working for net banking, even if subscription is a success.

The Community is a public forum. Therefore, we're unable to check your account information here. I recommend following the steps provided by my colleague AlexV to contact our Customer Care Team. They have the necessary tools to check why it's not working for Net Banking.
