Customise and modify columns on reports

You can easily customise columns on your reports to better represent your data.

How to customise columns on a report

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Find and select the report you want to customise.
  3. Select Customise.
  4. Select Rows/Columns, then Change Columns. (Note: If you are not seeing Change Columns, the particular report that you are looking at doesn't allow customisation of columns).
  5. Mark the columns you want to appear on your report.
  6. Select the square of dots (order) beside each column, then drag and drop it to your desired order.
  7. Select Run report.
