Let’s rule out a possibility of a web browser issue, @Altins.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses data cache to swiftly load the page faster on your next visit. When piled up, this causes issues that affect your QBO performance.
To verify this, let’s access your account on a private window (incognito). Using a private window doesn’t save any cache files. Thus, this can help us verify the issue easily. To start, here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use in opening a private window:
If you’re able to view your Apps tab, I’d suggest clearing your regular browser's cache. This will delete all saved data files from your browser and start with a clean slate. If the issue persists, try using other supported browsers. That way, we can check if this is a browser-integrated issue.
Please know that our Apps tab is currently not available in the International version of QBO. Rest assured our Product Developer team is always looking for ways in improving QuickBooks.
