Google Sheet dialog box not in my QBO Plus (International)

I got a detailed list of steps for importing Google Sheets into QuickBooks Online from @Jovychris_A (QuickBooks Team). However, my QBO Plus does not have a dialog box for Google Sheets, only "Select a CSV or Excel file to upload" dialog box.

Please, I am missing anything?

Let's check if QBO and Google Sheets are connected to be able to import the files. If everything is all set, a browser issue may have caused this. Here are some steps to resolve common browser issues when working in QuickBooks Online.

 

Start by using or switching to an incognito or private browsing session. Use these keyboard shortcuts to open one depending on the browser that you're using:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P  for Firefox
  • Control + Option +P if you're using Safari


Once done, sign in to your QBO account and import Google Sheets. If the dialog box shows, you may go back to your regular browser clear the cache, and make sure you're using supported and up-to-date browser.
