Hello everyone. I want to know that how do I download the pictures I've uploaded on quick books of my inventory? Which means how to import back up data

I can share some information about downloading the pictures you've uploaded to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Anas2

You can go to the Sales menu and then Products and services to Export to Excel the file to use as backup data. However, the file won't include the pictures.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and then proceed to the Products and services tab.
  2. Click the Export to Excel icon above the Action column.

The feature to include the pictures in the file will be a great addition to the current features that we have, so I'll take note of it. I also encourage you to leave the feedback from within the product. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Provide your product suggestion.
  3. Click on Next to submit feedback.

See this article for more information about providing feedback to make the program better: How do I submit feedback?.

You can go to the Gear icon and then Attachments to download the pictures you've attached to your inventory items. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon and select Attachments.
  2. On this page, select the attachments you want to export.
  3. Select Batch Actions and then Export.

Refer to this article on how to download your attachments, reports, lists, non-posting transactions, and attachments from QuickBooks Online: Export data, reports, lists, and more from QuickBooks Online.

If you need to update the item type for a product or service, see this article for detailed guidance: Change product and service item types in QuickBooks Online.

I'm always here if you need more help downloading the pictures of your inventory items. Let me know by leaving a reply below. Have a great rest of the day!
