A possible data issue might have caused the amounts in the reports to show report after exporting from QuickBooks Online. I'll share some steps with you on how to check and resolve it as well.
You can start by using an incognito/private browsing session or a different browser. Follow these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito session:
Once done, go back to your QBO account and export the reports again. Then, check if the amounts are already showing up.

Joining the discussion to share some more information about exported data from QuickBooks Online.
When you export files outside the program, they are in Protected View. This explains why you're seeing all zero values in Excel. To view the complete data, you must click the Enable Editing option at the top for the worksheet. See this:
After doing that, you'll be able to see the actual amounts from QuickBooks. Here's how it looks like after:
