Hi there, healthzhian.

A possible data issue might have caused the amounts in the reports to show report after exporting from QuickBooks Online. I'll share some steps with you on how to check and resolve it as well.

You can start by using an incognito/private browsing session or a different browser. Follow these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito session:

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P  for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

Once done, go back to your QBO account and export the reports again. Then, check if the amounts are already showing up.

You'll also want to check out these articles for more details on what you can do with the reports in QBO:

I'll be around if you need anything else.

Thanks for posting again, @healthzhian,

Joining the discussion to share some more information about exported data from QuickBooks Online.

When you export files outside the program, they are in Protected View. This explains why you're seeing all zero values in Excel. To view the complete data, you must click the Enable Editing option at the top for the worksheet. See this:

After doing that, you'll be able to see the actual amounts from QuickBooks. Here's how it looks like after:

Let me know once you've tried this out. I'll be right here if you need anything else. Just tag me so I can get back to you. Have a nice day!
