I'll help you transfer your data from the UK version of the Online product and move them to your new account, which is the Irish version.
However, not all data can be transferred to your Irish account. Some will need to manually enter to record them to your new one.
We can only export your customers, suppliers, and employee's data as wel as the other reports by logging in to your UK QBO account. To guide you further, you can follow the steps below. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Click Export data under Tools.
- Select All dates if you want to bring all of them to your new QBO account.
- Make sure to switch them on. It's a way to download the data.
- Then, save the file on your computer.
Once done, sign in to your new QBO account (Irish version). Let's export the file that you've saved on your desktop to your new International version. Here's how:
- Follow the first step above.
- Select Import under Tools.
- Select what you want to import. For transactions, we can only import the bills and invoices. (For the rest of the transactions, we'll have to manually enter them in the new account.
