How to import CSV files automatically to QuickBooks online after linking my bank to my QuickBooks account?

Yes, you can, LWIL. I'll help you with that.

Once you connect your bank account, QuickBooks automatically downloads the transactions. You don't have to import the CSV files to the program.

However, if you want to enter older transactions or your bank can't connect to QuickBooks, we can upload the data manually.

To start, let's select a start date to avoid adding duplicates. Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping and then select Chart of accounts.
  2. Find the bank account you want to add the transactions to.
  3. Click Account history.
  4. Find and write down the date of the oldest transaction.

Then, download the transactions from your bank:

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Follow your bank's instructions on how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer.
  3. Make sure the date range for the download is at least one day before your oldest transaction.
  4. After that, download your transactions.

Once done, you can now import the bank transactions. Make sure they're in the correct format before doing so.

For the detailed steps, please see this article: Manually Upload Transactions.

Additionally, I've added these resources that'll help you review your downloaded bank data and put them in the correct accounts:
