If your CSV file is mapped properly, you can try accessing your account on a private or an incognito browser. Then, try importing again. This allows you to browse the net without storing internet history and cookies. You can use any of these keyboard shortcuts:
If it works in incognito, you'd want to clear the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. Also, you can use another supported browser as alternatives. You can refer to these articles for more detailed steps in importing your transactions:

The best way to import a Trial Balance into QBO is with the import type Journal Entry.
NOTE: Any line in the import file that posts to an AR or an AP Account must reference a name (Customer or Vendor), and that name must already exist in the QBO company file.
