Let's work together to get rid of the error so you'll be able to import the inventory list in QuickBooks Online (QBO) seamlessly, @financethemoretr.
Before we proceed, let me discuss some details about importing lists into QBO.
To ensure you'll be able to import the inventory list without issue, the file must not exceed 1000 rows. Since you have 2000 plus item rows, you may split the file into smaller ones to get rid of the error. For more info, check out this article: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, you can utilize a third-party application that has the ability to import large data into QBO. To do so, simply go to the Apps menu and search for the app. See screenshot for reference:
Once the import is finished, you can run inventory reports to track the imported items as well as their quantity on hand. To get started, just navigate to the Reports menu and scroll down to the Sales and customers section. From there, select the desired report.
Please post again here if you have any other concerns about importing the inventory list in QBO. I'm always here ready to lend a hand. Have a great day ahead.
