I can share some information regarding sending bills directly to QuickBooks Online.

 

Sending bills directly to QuickBooks is currently unavailable. In the meantime, I recommend visiting the QuickBooks Blog website to stay up to date on any updates or improvements on the online version.

Hi there, @MarcoAlba.

 

The option to email your expense receipts and bills to get them into QuickBooks Online (QBO) is only available in QBO US and QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) versions. Being able to get this feature in QBO international version would be helpful. This helps you save time as you won't have to import them manually. Rest assured that I'll relay this message to our team in concern here on my end and add your vote for this one.

Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
