Hi there, @mail31.
Is this the error message you're getting on your Banking page? If so, this means that certain bank regulations might be interrupting the TransferWise connection. This will result in temporary delays in downloaded banking transactions to QuickBooks.
However, we can manually import your transactions to QuickBooks. This way, you can keep your books up to date.
To start, sign in to your bank or credit card's website and follow your bank's instructions for how to download CSV files transactions to your computer.
Make sure to save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop. Then, follow these steps to import them into QuickBooks.
Please also take note that it should be in the correct format before you upload it.
Once your transactions are in QuickBooks, you can now match and categorize them.
The Community always has your back, so please let me know if you have other questions with regards to managing your account. Have a great weekend and stay well.
