You can use the audit log in QuickBooks Online to check the records of all activities in your account. You can track who modified your books and what they changed.
The audit log keeps track of all account activity, including user sign-ins, modifications to QuickBooks settings, additions or deletions of customers, suppliers, or employees, and payroll submissions. QuickBooks records the following in the audit log:
The audit log contains events that are accessible for two years.
To access the audit log, you must sign in as an administrator. If you can't find it, ask your primary admin.
