You can modify your home currency provided that you haven't activated Multi-Currency yet. If this is the case, please follow the steps below to change your home currency:
1. Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
2. Select Account and Settings. Then choose the Advanced tab.
3. Go to the Currency section. Then click the pencil icon.
4. Choose your Home Currency from the drop-down arrow.
5. Hit the Save button. Then Done.
If Multi-currency is already enabled, please note that QuickBooks doesn't allow you to change the home currency. This is to prevent any disruptions to your accounts, particularly when dealing with sales tax adjustments.
