Can i change the local currency after click multicurrency. I need it!!!

I can help share more details about the multicurrency feature, @acrespo-gruposan.

Once you turn the multicurrency feature on, you cannot turn it off again. Clicking this won't change your local currency, but this helps you assign customers and suppliers to their respective currencies when you add them to QuickBooks Online.

This means that you can record transactions in the currency your customers pay you and what you pay for your suppliers. Just a heads up, you cannot change their respective currencies after assigning them.

In addition, you can also assign a currency to bank accounts and credit card accounts.

To make sure you can switch to a local currency, I suggest not having the multicurrency feature turned-on. Then you can follow these steps:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner.
  2. Select Account and Settings. Then choose Advanced tab.
  3. Go to Currency section. Then click the pencil icon.
  4. Choose your Home Currency from drop-down arrow.
  5. Hit the Save button. Then Done.

Furthermore, I'll share this article for more FAQs about the multicurrency feature's tips once you turning this on: Quick-Looks FAQ: Multicurrency.

Please know that you're always welcome to post if you have other concerns about multicurrency and some system features. Wishing you and your business continued success.

@acrespo-gruposan

Do you need to change your home currency or use a different currency for your client/vendor?
