Hello there, lifestyle.
In QuickBooks Online, changing the VAT code on multiple past invoices while maintaining the invoice totals isn't an option. This means that we can't directly edit the VAT code on past invoices in bulk and have QuickBooks automatically recalculate the totals to reflect the new VAT code.
To achieve this, you would need to manually edit each past invoice to update the VAT code and then adjust the totals accordingly. This process can be time-consuming, especially if you have a large number of past invoices. Alternatively, you may try looking a third-party application that helps you accomplish this thing.
