Can I import my iif file from Wild Apricot including payments to Accounts receiveable invoices?

I'm here to provide some info about importing my IIF file from Wild Apricot including payments to Accounts receivable invoices, @treasurer-massag.

In QuickBooks Online, you can only import the following data:

  • Bank Transactions, Customers
  • Suppliers, Chart of Accounts
  • Products and Services, Invoices
  • Bills, Journal Entries

Aside from that, you can only use a CSV file (Comma Separated Values), Google Sheets, or an XLS/XLSX file to import information to QuickBooks Online.

In the meantime, you can visit our Apps store and look for a third-party app that integrates well with QBO and allow you to import IIF file from Wild Apricot including payments to Accounts receivable invoices. Otherwise, proceed to the Apps menu in your QBO account and browse for an app from there.

Additionally, allow me to add this link that can guide you through the complete process of importing data from other software into QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with managing your data in QuickBooks. It’s always my pleasure to help you out. Have a nice day!

You are using QB Online, correct? Utilize this app to automate data flow from WA to QBO. You don't have to migrate data manually.
