Hi there. I'll help you customize your invoice font in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Changing the font size in the invoice settings will apply to all the information displayed in the invoice. It means that the font size change will affect not only the item list but also the customer details, invoice number, dates, and any other text on the invoice. You can make the font slightly larger than it typically is. The standard font size is set to 10 pt, and you can up it to 12 pt. I've included some steps to make the font larger below.
