Hello there, @info1861. I'm here to share some details about customising forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In QBO, you can only customise sales forms such as invoices, estimates, and sales receipts. The option to modify the details of an expense voucher is unavailable. As a workaround, you can use the Memo field of an expense template to enter additional info.
I also recommend sending feedback to our product engineers to share your insights and suggestions on adding this option. Rest assured that they will review all submitted requests and consider including them in future updates. Here's how:
You can also browse through our QBO Help page to get some additional references and guides when performing your QuickBooks activities.
If I can be of help while managing your expense transactions or any other QBO tasks, please let me know by leaving a comment below. I'll be always here ready to help. Have a good one.
