In QBO, you can only customise sales forms such as invoices, estimates, and sales receipts. The option to modify the details of an expense voucher is unavailable. As a workaround, you can use the Memo field of an expense template to enter additional info.
I also recommend sending feedback to our product engineers to share your insights and suggestions on adding this option. Rest assured that they will review all submitted requests and consider including them in future updates. Here's how:
- In your QBO account, select the Gear icon.
- Next, select Feedback.
- From there, enter your product comments and suggestions.
- Then, click Next to submit.
