Can't invoice under the essential plan, Why?

I can help you create and save invoices, TalkBpo.

 

I'd like to verify if what happens when you click the +New button or save an invoice so I can walk you through the right steps on how to fix this issue. 

 

With QuickBooks Essential version, you can create invoices and send them to your customers. If you're unable to see the Invoice option or save it, it's possible that stored cache files within your browser are causing the issue. You can perform a few browser troubleshooting steps to verify that. 

 

Log in to qbo.intuit.com using a private browser and then create an Invoice. To do that, just click the +New button at the left menu and click Invoice under the CUSTOMERS section. If you can't see the +New button, it's possible that the left menu is hidden. Just click the three horizontal lines (hamburger icon) beside your company name.

 

If you're able to create and save the invoice, switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. You can also use other supported browsers to access QuickBooks.
