Does anyone experience an error on invoice form after converting the estimate to invoice?

we cannot input anything on he quantity column of the invoice form. it is only happening when we convert estimate to invoice.  If we create an invoice directly, the everything is working perfectly.  But we need to create estimate first then convert it to invoice.

Does anyone experience an error on invoice form after converting the estimate to invoice?

I'm here to help you resolve the issue that you have when converting invoice to an estimate, @let_me_style-yah.

First, I would like to ask if you encountered an error message that hinders you when converting your invoice to estimate . If so, you can let me know comment so that we can investigate the issue further and provide you with the best possible solution.

If you are experiencing any errors on the invoice form, especially when converting an estimate to an invoice, and the quantity column becomes uneditable, it could be a technical issue.

Meanwhile, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to check if the issue is within your browser. Usually, cache-induced browsers can affect the program's performance and prevent you from creating invoices and other transactions smoothly. Therefore, you can begin by accessing your account in an incognito or private browser. You can use the shortcut keys below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

After accessing your account, you can create an invoice and try converting it to an estimate. If it works, you can clear your browser's cache as the next step to remove this issue and fix your browser to start with a clean slate. Please note that the link attached is a US article, but the steps are applicable in your region.
