Hello there, @dubai-caulaincou. Hope you're doing well.

I see how you need to generate or get the different currency from the item you created in QuickBooks Online. However, the system will only populate a home currency on the reports and items.

As a workaround, you can export the Product/Service report or Inventory Valuation Detail report to Excel. Then, manually calculate the cost and price to desired currency (EUR). If you consider doing this process, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the Reports on the left panel.
  2. Open the report you need.
  3. Click the Customise button. Make sure to modify the report before exporting it.
  4. Add the retail value and cost value. Also, include all the details you need.
  5. Make sure the reporting period is set correctly.
  6. Then, Hit the Run report button.

Once done, click the drop-down arrow and select Export to Excel
