If we're unable to find the task menu, I suggest logging into your QuickBooks account through a private browser. your account may have a browser cache-related issue which can cause performance issues.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:
If it works check out if we're able to see the task menu. If your tools work properly, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Doing this helps the program to run smoothly. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
