You need to have a 3rd party inventory management app with the feature to sync with QBO.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't currently have a dedicated column for a bin box in the inventory. However, you can still keep this data by using the SKU or Description fields. 

By entering the bin number directly into these boxes, the information remains visible for your items.
