Hello there, Robert. I can help you find your Receipts page within QuickBooks. It is under the Transactions menu.
Here's how:
If the Receipts page still isn't visible, I recommend accessing QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private browser or incognito mode. Here are the keyboard shortcuts for different browsers:
If using a private browser allows you to forward receipts, be sure to clear the cache of your regular browser. If that doesn’t work, let's use a different supported web browser.
For more information on sending receipts, refer to this article: Email receipts and bills.
Additionally, you can upload your receipts to QuickBooks to keep your financial records organized and easily track your expenses, ensuring you have the necessary documentation for budgeting and reporting.
If you have any more questions about finding your Receipts page in QuickBooks Online, feel free to reach out. I’m here to help you every step of the way!
Hi KiazzymaeC,
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, your instructions did not work. I tried two different browsers, including Incognito mode in both. There is no Receipts tab or link in the Transactions section, or seemingly anywhere else in my QBO account.
I can see expenses, but not receipts.
Regards,
Rob

Hi. Thanks for your reply. In your reply, you provided the following link: "For more details on forwarding receipts, please refer to this article: Email receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online"
Given that this feature is not available in my region, what is the value of this link to me?
Also, any reason why receipt forwarding is not available in NZ, when it's available in Australia?
Thanks
Rob
The article that our colleague has provided you is for the information about the email receipts and bills features for QBO US users.
The Receipt Forwarding feature is only available in selected countries like Australia, the US, UK, Canada, Singapore, and South Africa, but it’s not yet offered in New Zealand. This is due to various factors such as localized business needs and compliance with local regulations. However, Intuit is continually working to enhance their product offerings, and user demand plays a significant role in prioritizing new features. We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to keep an eye on future updates, as more features will become available over time.
In the meantime, you can follow the workaround my colleague has provided in attaching receipts to transactions you send to your customers.
Moreover, you can consider adding attachments to your transactions for your customers. This allows for more organised recordkeeping. It can also help your accountant manage your books at the end of the financial year.
Let us know if you need help with adding attachments or have other additional concerns with QBO. We're always ready to assist.
