I'm here to ensure you're able to create invoices successfully, useromkarjaggi956.

I recommend reaching out to Integromat's dedicated support team. This way, they'll be able to review their integration setup with QuickBooks Online to help you create invoices without any errors.

To view the status of sales transactions in QuickBooks, I suggest checking this article: View Sales Transactions.

Thank you for your reply, Charlene.

I have already asked Integromat support and they have told me that problem is on Quickbooks end due to some tax issue. On their end it is all fixed.

Hi I am getting this error when I am creating Invoice using Integromat. https://prnt.sc/wltffy

I want to ensure this is taken care of, @useromkarjaggi956.

Usually, the error occurs when there's too much cache in your browser. To fix this, let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps. Let's start by opening QuickBooks Online (QBO) through an incognito window. It's the best place to identify web issues. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Try to create an invoice again. If it works, go back to the regular browser and clear its cache. We advise customers to clear them out periodically to prevent and fix web issues. You can also try using a different browser. Here's the link: System requirements for QuickBooks Online.

If the same thing happens, you may use other supported browsers. It could be that the one you're currently using right now has a temporary problem with QuickBooks Online.

Also, I encourage checking our Help articles page to learn some tips and tricks in managing your QBO account. From there, you can read great articles that can guide you through the steps by steps process.
