Hi my recurring invoices just did not run - nothing changed

Welcome to the Community, @stefanie-smit.


You may be unable to set a schedule for the recurring transaction. That said, invoice transactions won't automatically run until using it. We call it Unscheduled recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online. 


Here's how to use it:

  1. Go to Settings⚙.
  2. Under Lists, select Recurring Transactions.
  3. Click the Action column ▼, then select Use to use the template as a starting point for a new transaction.
