I am not able to purge the data of the company. So, please enable the purge function for this.

The purge function is only available when your company file is less than 30 days old. For more than 30 days, you will have to subscribe to a new company.
To create a new company, you can follow these steps:
Once you have the new company, you can export your list and reports to Excel. Then, import the data in your new QuickBooks Online account.
