Hi there, @awmwoodwork.
I'll share insights about users' access rights in QuickBooks Online to avoid letting them change your generated invoices and receipts.
You can change the permissions given to a standard user from All to Limited (Suppliers) or None access. This way, they won't be able to use any of the accounting features and tasks related to your customers and sales. To do so:
Kindly read and use this article to learn more about the type of users you can invite and the access rights given to them: The Different Options for User Roles and Access Permissions in QuickBooks Online.
Now that you've learned the access a standard user can do, here's a report you can use to determine the changes they made to your account: Use the Audit Log in QuickBooks Online. And use it to keep an audit trail for a certain event in a given time.
I've got you covered if you have questions aside from changing the permissions given to a user in QuickBooks. Don't forget to tag my name, @JonpriL, in the comment below so that I can get back here and assist you. Take care always, @awmwoodwork!
