How can we contact the QBO Customer support either through online or email?

Hi there, Totok. You can contact our QBO Live Support team by signing in to your QuickBooks Online account and clicking the Help (?) icon. From there, you can use the Assistant or Search tool to request a live chat or a callback. Please note that Intuit does not offer a direct inbound email address for security reasons. You can use the chat support service to ask questions, unless you are looking for training or consultation from a local advisor.
