How creat one invoice for multiple customers in quickbooks ?

Let me provide you some insights on how to create an invoice and send it to multiple customers, @usersupport1.

You can create an unscheduled recurring invoice template. This will let you create and send one sales invoice for multiple customers.

This feature is available in QBO Essentials and Plus versions. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Recurring Transactions.
  2. Click New.
  3. From the Transaction Type drop-down, select Invoice. Then, click OK.
  4. Set a template name.
  5. In the Type drop-down, select Unscheduled.
  6. From Customer drop-down, select the name of the customer.
  7. Enter all the necessary information.
  8. Click Save template.

Once done, in the Recurring Transactions page, just click the Use hyperlink under the Action column. This is to open the unscheduled invoice template. Then, manually choose the name of your customer and sent it to them by selecting the Save and send button.

You can follow the steps above until you've completely sent the same sales transaction to your customers.
