I'm here to help share insights about adding associated costs to product purchases in QuickBooks Online.
As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to add other associated costs to the product or service item purchased other than the actual cost.
For now, let's consider creating a new service item for every associated cost you wanted to add per product purchased. You may also need to consult your accountant for suggestions in choosing the account to use for the new service items.
While I am unable to determine when such a feature like this is added to the program, I recommend getting in touch and letting our product developers know about this by sending a request via feedback. I'll show you how.

You need a 3rd party app to compute the landed cost to your inventory as COGS and integrate it with QBO.
