How do I create an export invoice with billed amount in foreign currency (USD) and other info like Place/Country of Supply?

Glad to have you in the Community, @meetm1950-gmail-.

You can utilize the Multi-Currency feature to create an invoice in foreign currency. Let me guide you through the process.

First off, let's turn on the multi-currency option in your QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings or Company Settings.
  2. Go to the Advanced menu.
  3. In the Currency section, click the pencil icon to edit.
  4. Put a checkmark to the Multicurrency checkbox and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
  5. Select Save, then Done.

Once done, you can now add the currencies you use. For more guidance, feel free to check out this article: Turn on and use multicurrency.

After setting up multi-currency, you can proceed with creating invoices under the foreign currency you set up. Also, to add other info like Country of supply, you can customise your invoice template. For the detailed steps and information, here's an article you can read: Customise invoices, estimates, and cash memos in QuickBooks Online.
