We're unable to add a Cc email that will reflect both the invoice and estimate message settings. You need to set this up on each type of transaction.
Another way to add it is when you create the transaction. Simply click the Cc/Bcc under the Email field. I've added these links for your reference in customising the sales forms in QuickBooks Online:

Hi, I am unable to do my QBO renewal, i tried every possible way to reach customer care but it didn't connect. My subscription ended some days before, whenever i try to resubscribe my rs.5 get deducted from bank and i get back to the same resubscribe page again and again, it happened more then 5 times i am clueless what's getting wrong my work is pending due to this problem. is there a way to renew my subscription through customer care it would help a lot as i am struggling to do my essential billing work, thank you.
