I can help you add more information to an estimate in QuickBooks.
Accepted By is a default field that automatically shows when you create an estimate. To include additional details, I suggest personalizing your sales form templates.
You can add the missing information from the Footer section. You can either use the field for the custom message or the footer text (see screenshot below).

After making the changes, try to create an estimate and make sure to select the correct template. You can check it by clicking the Print or Preview option.
