How to create one sales invoice for multiple customers

You can create an unscheduled recurring invoice in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, @zuhaib-riaz. I'm here to guide you how.

In QBO, you don't need to create the same invoice every time. You can create and send one sales invoice for multiple customers. You'll have to use the unscheduled recurring invoice when you charge different customers the same items or services. Please note that this feature is available in QBO Essentials and Plus versions. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Recurring Transactions.
  3. Click New.
  4. From the Transaction Type drop-down, select Invoice. Then, click OK.
  5. Enter a template name.
  6. In the Type drop-down, select Unscheduled.
  7. From Customer drop-down, select the name of the customer.
  8. Enter all the necessary invoice info, then select Save template.

In the Recurring Transactions page, you'll have to select Use hyperlink under the Action column. This is to open the unscheduled invoice template. Then, manually choose the name of your customer and sent it to them by selecting the Save and send button. Please make sure to repeat the procedure until you've completely send the same sales transaction to your customers.

Additionally, you can personalise the content of your invoices to add the information that matters most to your business.
