How to deal when home currency data inconsistent?

Utilizing the Multi-currency feature helps you do business in foreign currencies, craymond. Let me make it up to you by ensuring you get an explanation of why the error occurs when turning on the functionality.

 

Upon checking our system, it shows there's an ongoing investigation regarding the issue you encountered when attempting to enable multi-currency.

 

Our engineering team is now investigating to verify the cause of the issue and working hard to resolve it. We'll update all the affected users about the investigation's status or notify them once fixed.

 

To ensure you'll receive an update in your email, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to include you on the list. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
  3. Enter INV-105751 or INV-103637 in the Type something field, then click the Send icon.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. Hit Chat with us.
