Thanks, took me a while to figure out how to reply (I wasnt logged in!)
So, I got qbo a while ago, and played (tried to learn) with it for a while, with my account, then deleted everything, by purging the account, or whatever its called, as we decided to move from QBD to QBO at the start or a new financial year, (1st July) so we could just transfer end balances and set up slightly difference to the QBD version. All well and good on the PC, but on my phone its kept 5 months worth of expenses (previous financial year), all I've added is invoices (sales) so far, and pc shows just those, but phone version shows loads of expenses along with the invoices.
Why do the 2 differ? Same log in, same company. Not experienced enough to know how to sort it out, I'm getting a new bookkeeper to do all the entries, but I now cant use it on my phone, and am bothered that it will send them to the pc versions.

I understand this wasn't an easy process for you, @Baw31.
Please make sure that your mobile app is updated so that the transactions in the app and on the desktop match. After that, you can refresh the application by clearing its data to fix common issues.
