How to prepare the estimate with last month dates

You need not look any further, @user08758. I'm here to help you prepare your estimates right away.

 

To clarify, do you need to pull up a report with the previous month's estimates? You can utilize the Estimates by Customer report. It shows a list of estimates for each customer. Additionally, this report shows the status of your estimates if it has been applied to an invoice.

 

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Reports menu.
  2. In the Find report by name field, type in "Estimates by Customer," then press Enter.
  3. Modify the reporting period.
  4. Click Run report.

 

If you'd like to view more details you can open it right from the report to view the items. All you have to do is click the text in the columns, such as the estimate number column.
