How to send usd invoice

Enable the multi currency feature and create a new profile of your customer with the USD currency. You may send the invoice with USD currency to the customer. As another option, you may open a TW account to deal with multi currency transactions and utilize the bank feeds.

Let me help you with sending an invoice using a different currency.

If it's the first time you'll create an invoice using US currency, you need to turn on the multicurrency feature. To do that, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon on the upper right and select Company Settings.
2. Click the Advanced tab. Then, choose Currency.
3. Check the box labeled Multicurrency to turn this feature. 
4. Click Save and Done.

Please know that once multicurrency is turned on, the home currency is set and cannot be changed in QuickBooks Online. 

Once turned on, you need to set up your customer for multicurrency. 

 Here’s how:

1. Click the Sales menu and select the Customers tab.
2. Click the New customer. Then, fill up the Customer Information window.
3. Click the Payment and billing tab.
4. Click on the drop-down under This customer pays me with, and select the correct customer currency. Then, click Save.
