How to set only one vat account where if i make an invoice or bill the tax goes to that account not to different accounts because the system automatically make 3 accounts

If you are from UAE, we have recently introduced new features to make VAT filing. Once you login into QuickBooks Online, the new set of VAT codes and agency options will be automatically set up for you. This allows you to use these features for any of the new transactions moving forward. See the VAT Feature Update FAQ article for more details about this one.

For South Africa, the VAT code will be automatically updated for those transactions and no manual update is required. Just check out the VAT Feature Update FAQ article for more details. 

Also, QuickBooks automatically creates accounts base on your business preference. I'd suggest reaching out to an accountant if there's a need for you to delete or inactivate them. For more details in handling your Chart of Accounts, you can use this link: Understand the chart of accounts in QuickBooks.

On the other hand, you can add custom tax rates, custom tax agencies (other than VAT and Service Tax), and group tax through the New Tax button. For more information on how to do this, refer to the following links:
