I'd be delighted to show you the steps on how to view inactive products or services in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under List, choose Products and services.
- Click the Filter icon.
- Under Status, choose Inactive.
- Hit Apply.
Now you're able to view all inactive products and service items.
