The account name in the Chart of accounts and the account name under Products/Services shouldn't cause an error. To further investigate why the added Products/Services are not appearing when creating an invoice, let's go through some troubleshooting steps. I recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account using incognito mode or a private window to check if the cache is causing the issue.
Here's how:
Once logged in, create an invoice. If you encounter no issues, clear the cache in your default browser. If problems persist, switch to a different browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari, as the current browser may be experiencing temporary issues with QuickBooks.
However, if none of these solutions work, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team to report the issue to our engineers. To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner of your QBO account and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent.
