You can start by opening up the incognito mode or InPrivate browsing. This type of session doesn’t store data and will help the page load without error from temporary data.

If you’re able to import invoices, shift back to your normal browser to clear the cache. This process will load a fresh page of your account.
Also, check the mapping of the fields and make sure there are no spaces in the Item (Product/Service) column. The information in the QuickBooks Fields and CSV Column Headers should match to seamlessly import the entries.
