I can not believe the level of support on here, its disguising for the price i pay, over £360 per year for over 1 year and i get the worst customer support ever,

1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner.
2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
3. Select Contact Support Team.
4. Type in "Talk to a human" again press Enter.
5. Select No, I still need help and press Enter.
6. Look for Contact Support Team and click on it.
7. Click Start a chat.
