The feature is not available in QBO Global version. Consider having an inventory management app to do so and integrate it with your QBO account. Otherwise, you may switch to QB Desktop US version.

Let me share details about the price rules feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO), user68725. This way, you'll be able to determine why you're unable to turn on the said option in your account.

The Price Rule option is one of the newly added features of QuickBooks Online (QBO) which is currently on beta testing. The initial release for this feature doesn't include QBO Global versions. This feature is only available in the QBO US version. In the meantime, just manually enter the appropriate price in the Rate column when you create an invoice. Here's how:

  1. Go to the + New button.
  2. Select Invoice.
  3. Enter all the necessary invoice details, then manually enter the price in the Rate column.
  4. Click Save and close or Save and send.

You may also want to consider using a third-party application that can help integrate an inventory management app in QBO that's available in your region. You can go to the Apps Center to look for a compatible app that suits your business needs. To do this, click the Apps menu and manage the search function.

Additionally, you can import your products and services from Excel to your QBO account to easily monitor your sales and income. To learn more about this, see the Import products and services from Excel article. Feel free to visit our QBO Help Article page for more insights about managing your business on your account.

This will take you in the right direction today, but please don't hesitate to get back to me if you have any follow-up concerns. I'm always here to help. Have a great day ahead.

Company has acquired one app. You may start exploring it for starter.
